The start of a new school year

As summer draws to a close, we welcome the start of a new International school year with excitement and optimism. It's a time of fresh beginnings, where students have the opportunity to set new goals, embrace challenges, and grow both academically and personally starting of a journey filled with discovery, creativity, and the chance to build friendships.

With renewed energy and a positive outlook, we look forward to all the wonderful experiences and achievements this school year will bring.

Our courses and programs

At ELC Malaysia, we offer English courses and programs beyond general English. These can be tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. Some of our popular courses include:

Premium English

This course is ideal for students who need to make very fast progress in a short time. It combines group study of general English with one-to-one lessons designed for individual students.

Here, students will:

  • focus on a particular need.
  • accelerate progress with one-to-one support.
  • enjoy an international mix of students in group class to support learning.

Course details:

Available all year round (starting any Monday)
Duration: From 2 to 52 weeks
Levels: Elementary to Advanced
Class size: Maximum 20. And 1:1 lessons

Junior Programs

Our Summer and Winter Camp programs are designed for students between 8 to 18 years.

They feature English language classes and local cultural immersion trips to:

  • improve their fluency, accuracy and understand of English in a short time.
  • a learn English while sight-seeing in Malaysia.
  • benefit from being taught by first class and award winning teachers.

Course details:

Summer Program: June to August (starting any Monday)
Winter Program: January to February (starting any Monday)
Duration: From 2 to 4 weeks
Levels: Beginner to Upper-Intermediate
Class size: Maximum 20

Malaysia Cultural Activities

To celebrate Malaysia's National Day on August 31st, we organized various cultural immersion experiences for our international students. They had the opportunity to sample local cuisine, including the renowned durian, and participated in traditional Malaysian games, providing them with a deeper understanding of our rich cultural heritage.

Ahead of the nationwide festivities on 16 September, we celebrated Malaysia Day with great enthusiasm in our school with teachers, staff and students. The focus was on embracing Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity, highlighting Malay, Indian, and Chinese traditions. Students and staff alike enjoyed dressing in traditional attire, participating in local games, and sampling a variety of delicious treats. The celebration also featured engaging arts and crafts activities, allowing everyone to showcase their creativity while appreciating Malaysia’s vibrant cultural heritage.
